Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support a fast-paced, growing organization. This individual will act as a key HR contact, managing day-to-day human resources functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable conducting offsite orientations and trainings.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and travel offsite for training/orientations
- Prior experience within the healthcare industry preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key HR point of contact for assigned departments, providing daily HR and employee relations support
- Coordinate and manage pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding documentation
- Conduct new hire orientations and offsite training sessions to ensure consistent communication of company culture and compliance standards
- Support benefits administration, leave management, and performance review processes
- Partner with leadership on employee relations matters, escalating as needed
- Assist with engagement initiatives, retention efforts, and policy implementation
- Maintain employee files, ensuring HR data accuracy and compliance with employment laws
- Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvements
