Job Description We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support a fast-paced, growing organization. This individual will act as a key HR contact, managing day-to-day human resources functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable conducting offsite orientations and trainings.

Work Schedule Fully onsite, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility if needed)

Qualifications

3–5 years of HR experience

Strong attention to detail

Dependable and trustworthy

Ability to work independently and travel offsite for training/orientations

Prior experience within the healthcare industry preferred

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key HR point of contact for assigned departments, providing daily HR and employee relations support

Coordinate and manage pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding documentation

Conduct new hire orientations and offsite training sessions to ensure consistent communication of company culture and compliance standards

Support benefits administration, leave management, and performance review processes

Partner with leadership on employee relations matters, escalating as needed

Assist with engagement initiatives, retention efforts, and policy implementation

Maintain employee files, ensuring HR data accuracy and compliance with employment laws

Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvements
