Busy mason supply company looking for an experienced Inventory Control Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction/building supply field as well as a good work ethic and willingness to join a growing team. Competitive salary along with benefits such as Health Insurance and 401k matching.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Maintains and updated pricing in the POS for all inventory items.
Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
