Job Description Amberleaf Home is seeking a highly skilled Engineer with deep expertise in Microvellum, AutoCAD, and CNC programming to join our team. This is a hands‑on technical role focused on precision drafting, value engineering, and production‑ready documentation for our architectural millwork and residential casework (cabinet) projects.

You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, production staff, and installers to translate design intent into accurate, buildable solutions that meet our quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate brings extensive cabinetry and millwork experience, excellent problem‑solving ability, and a passion for improving engineering workflows and standards.

Why This Role Matters This is a high‑impact role for an experienced millwork engineer who wants to make a visible difference. You’ll be the go‑to technical expert for our engineering and drafting teams – the person who ensures every detail, cut list, and CNC program is right the first time. Beyond drawing, you’ll help shape how Amberleaf engineers, documents, and builds our products. Your expertise will strengthen our standards, mentor developing drafters, and bridge design with production to drive smarter, more consistent execution.
