Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Account Managers in maintaining and expanding relationships with Government Solutions clients
Drive client retention through exceptional service and ensuring clients recognize the full value of solutions
Utilize Demand Generation strategies to enhance revenue growth while maintaining professional relationships with client contacts
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and RFP responses within your Book of Business
Engage in critical care efforts to mitigate risks of client loss and uphold brand reputation
Qualifications 7-10 years of previous sales experience in technology, software, data, or professional services
3-5 years of management/supervisory experience, preferably with Strategic Sales and High Velocity teams
3-5 years of Government Sales experience, with State and Local and Federal experience being a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
Preferred Qualifications Ability to influence all levels within an organization
Experience in selling and executing new product solutions to shift customer behavior
Strong prioritization skills for managing multiple projects independently
Thorough understanding of C-level client challenges and relationship strategies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
