Overview

Business Financial Manager (BFM) Support Analyst role at CACI International Inc. The position provides Navy budget and financial analyst support for government Business Financial Managers (BFMs) on the Navy's Landing Helicopter Assault (LHA) program, supporting the Department of Navy-NAVSEA. This onsite role is located in Washington, DC and requires US citizenship and an active US Secret Clearance. Responsibilities

Take direction from and provide support to government Business Financial Managers responsible for program-level financial execution, analysis and reporting. Support execution tracking and reconciliation of LHA funding. Draft funding documents. Process unliquidated obligation requests (ULOs). Run reports in Navy ERP. Assist in the analysis and supporting justification of material used for preparing budget exhibits. Provide financial input for LHA program briefings and reports. Qualifications

Required

Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of related Finance experience. Prior Navy contracting experience. Program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, and program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations; initial setup to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing setup. Familiar with DOD/DON financial policies and regulations. Navy ERP experience is required. Advanced MS Excel. Experience with Budget cycle development. US Citizenship with an active US Secret Clearance. Desired

At least 3 years of DOD/Department of Navy (DON), specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or PPBE process. Knowledge/experience with DOD acquisition phases. Experience with DON/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs. What You Can Expect

Pay range: $66,100 - $135,600. Final salary is influenced by location, contract factors, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
