The Opportunity CACI is looking for a Support Analyst to provide Navy budget and financial analyst support for the government Business Financial Managers (BFM) on the Navy's Landing Helicopter Assault (LHA) program. This role is supporting the Department of Navy-NAVSEA.

Must be a US Citizen to be considered. This position is onsite 100% of the time in DC.

Responsibilities

Take direction from and provide support to government Business Financial Managers who are responsible for all program level financial execution, analysis and reporting.

Support execution tracking and reconciliation of LHA funding.

Draft funding documents.

Process unliquidated obligation requests (ULOs).

Run reports in Navy ERP.

Assist in the analysis and supporting justification of material used for preparing budget exhibits.

Provide financial input for LHA program briefings and reports.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of related Finance experience.

Prior Navy contracting experience.

Program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

Familiar with DOD/DON financial policies and regulations

Navy ERP experience is required.

Must have advanced MS Excel

Experience with Budget cycle development

Must be a US Citizen with an active US Secret Clearance

Desired

At least 3 years of DOD/Department of Navy (DON) specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or Program Planning Budget and Execution (PPBE) process

Knowledge/experience with DOD acquisition phases

Experience DON/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs

Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $66,100 - $135,600
