About the Opportunity Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an accomplished
Corporate Marketing Director
to lead strategic marketing initiatives across its insurance product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute multi‑channel campaigns that enhance brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of
integrated marketing strategies
that align with business objectives and regional priorities.
Design and implement
multi‑channel campaigns
across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to drive engagement and growth.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Product, Sales, Data, IT, Operations, and Strategy—to deliver impactful go‑to‑market plans and customer engagement programs.
Utilize market intelligence and customer insights, particularly in LATAM, to identify trends, evaluate competition, and inform strategic initiatives.
Oversee marketing budget planning and performance tracking, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
Support the creation of marketing assets and sales enablement tools to enhance agent, broker, and direct‑to‑consumer effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards across all marketing activities.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and stakeholders, optimizing collaboration and reach.
Drive digital marketing innovation, including personalization, customer journey optimization, and data‑driven acquisition strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing regional marketing team, fostering accountability, agility, and excellence.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in insurance or financial services.
Proven success in leading multi‑regional marketing strategies and high‑performing teams.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑cultural communication skills.
Experience in LATAM markets required; additional international experience is a plus.
Deep understanding of insurance products and market dynamics preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish required.
Strong financial and analytical acumen to drive insights‑led marketing strategies.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI optimization.
Ability to inspire, lead, and develop teams across multiple markets.
