Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic non-profit setting. - Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is ready.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor and prioritize email correspondence, responding promptly to urgent matters.
- Assist with the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Track and follow up on deadlines and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
- Provide general administrative support, including expense reporting and record management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
