Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will support the accounting and finance department by performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciling bank statements and assisting with monthly financial reporting.
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining organized and detailed financial records.
- Assisting with payroll functions and tax filings.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Supporting the preparation of annual audits and compliance documentation as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Accounting or related field a plus).
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
