- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Assist with verifying financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes by preparing necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Generate financial reports and summaries to support decision-making.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all financial transactions.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
