Job Description:

Pay Range: $14.35hr - $18.35hr
  • The Customer Enabling Specialist will support routine customer service and order management activities, ensuring efficient order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
  • This role focuses on optimizing internal processes to provide a seamless customer experience and support overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Support routine customer enabling activities within the order management process.
  • Assist in identifying potential obstacles in internal order management workflows and collaborate with relevant teams to take corrective actions.
  • Update internal stakeholders on order status and any related issues.
  • Support the generation of order-related documents in line with established procedures.
  • Resolve simple administrative or clerical issues related to order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
  • Support simple customer orders by confirming credit, contracts, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision.
  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders.
  • Provide product, order, and delivery information to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Support other customer service functions as needed during peak periods.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification And Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of related work experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support.
