Job Description:
Pay Range: $14.35hr - $18.35hr- The Customer Enabling Specialist will support routine customer service and order management activities, ensuring efficient order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- This role focuses on optimizing internal processes to provide a seamless customer experience and support overall operational excellence.
- Support routine customer enabling activities within the order management process.
- Assist in identifying potential obstacles in internal order management workflows and collaborate with relevant teams to take corrective actions.
- Update internal stakeholders on order status and any related issues.
- Support the generation of order-related documents in line with established procedures.
- Resolve simple administrative or clerical issues related to order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- Support simple customer orders by confirming credit, contracts, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision.
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders.
- Provide product, order, and delivery information to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support other customer service functions as needed during peak periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data entry and order management systems.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to follow established procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of related work experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support.
