Overview
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - On-Site role at E-Therapy. This position is 100% on-site and is located in Augusta, GA (travel between locations may be available as applicable). Start ASAP for the 25/26 school year. We offer support for licensure and opportunities to expand qualifications where relevant. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs. Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings. Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development. Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to optimize outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs. Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Current ASHA Certification required. Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting. Proficiency with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric speech-language pathology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
Starting compensation: $47 per hour (commensurate with experience). Start date: ASAP for the 25/26 school year. Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week. Location: 100% on-site. Sign-on bonus: $1,000 for full-time staff (start by December 19th). Non-taxable pay options for providers living over 50 miles from the district (where applicable).
