Overview
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - On-Site at E-Therapy. Location: Augusta, GA. Start work ASAP for the 25/26 school year. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week). Grade Levels: Early Childhood. Compensation: Starting at $47 /hour (commensurate with experience). Location: 100% On-Site. Start work by December 19th and be paid before the holidays: $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff (ask for details). Conduct comprehensive assessments of students\' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students\' needs. Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students\' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings. Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development. Monitor students\' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students\' speech and language needs. Qualifications
Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Current ASHA certification required. Passionate about working with K-12 students. Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting. Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric speech-language pathology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with students, parents, and school staff. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of AAC systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred). Benefits
