Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is a full‑time role located in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky. Applicants must reside in one of these states.
Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45,000 with potential for growth.
Average earnings range from $55k–$75k through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents can earn over $85k+ in their second year and beyond.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Work in a remote environment, with a 4‑weekday / 1‑weekend‑day schedule and a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST).
Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload), and all required computer equipment.
Participate in a 16‑week training program (licensed hires) or an 18‑week program (unlicensed hires) that includes licensing.
Achieve sales targets while upholding integrity, customer‑centric service, and the Liberty Mutual brand.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills to close sales and serve customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in PC and typing.
Property & Casualty License required after hire.
