Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K – $75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85K+.
Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Texas. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11 am–8 pm (CST). This schedule must be followed for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile services are not supported.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
