Manage offshore accounts payable processes and day-to-day general ledger accounting Lead the month-end and year-end financial close process with accurate reconciliations and journal entries Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure compliance with approvals, GL coding, and disbursements Oversee cash and investment account reconciliations and reporting, including cash flow forecasting Prepare audit schedules and provide support for external financial audits and regulatory requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline; CPA or equivalent preferred 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in biotech, pharma, or high-growth life sciences Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting operations, including payables and general ledger Proven experience leading or supporting financial systems implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa) Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools Preferred Qualifications
