What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process and manage all vendor invoices ensuring adherence to company policies and GAAP
Execute weekly payment runs accurately and on time, resolving payment discrepancies
Manage the internal requisition and Purchase Order lifecycle while ensuring compliance with spending policies
Actively participate in documenting, refining, and automating Procure-to-Pay workflows
Resolve complex vendor inquiries and payment issues in a timely and professional manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and manage costs effectively
Experience with accounting controls (e.g., SOX)
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay tools (e.g., Coupa, Brex, Expensify, Ramp)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a procurement or accounts payable role
Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
