Responsibilities

Perform direct sales of Holiday Inn Club Vacation ownership products to prospective purchasers with a professional and ethical presentation.

Discover prospective purchaser’s needs and interests, and create a desire to join the program through a structured sales presentation.

Advise clients on the added value of ownership, address questions or concerns, and provide a quality customer service experience.

Conduct guest presentations and tours, and provide tours of the Sales Gallery, resort property, and model tour.

Attend ongoing training classes and participate in demonstration/assessment rides with Sales Managers and Training Managers.

Build and maintain relationships with Sales Training Managers and the Sales Line Team, ensuring questions are answered in a professional, informative, and diplomatic manner.

Coach and carry out action plans as provided by assigned managers; explain the points program features and recommend point purchases for future vacation needs.

Deliver the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales tour experience, and achieve personal and departmental objectives.

Pursuit of continuous improvement.

Sales experience.

Must work on‑site; this is NOT a remote position.

Must have an active NV Real Estate License.

Must hang license under our broker; cannot do standard real estate sales simultaneously.
