Job Description
This experienced Sales Manager will drive enterprise adoption of AI-enabled edge computing and next-generation network infrastructure solutions across the telecommunications and networking sectors. Responsible for transforming how telecom operators and enterprises deploy AI at the network edge by engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers at major telecom providers, MSPs, and enterprise networks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and close multi-million-dollar deals with telecom operators and large enterprise accounts
Build strategic relationships with network architects, CTOs, AI/ML teams, and procurement departments
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with competing priorities and technical requirements
Drive adoption of Lanner's edge AI platforms for intelligent network optimization, real-time analytics, and AI inference at the edge
Position GPU-accelerated edge servers for AI workloads in 5G networks, private wireless, and SD-WAN deployments
Expand accounts from proof-of-concepts to large-scale network-wide implementations
Collaborate with ecosystem partners, including Verizon, Nvidia, Intel, Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks
Champion AI use cases, including network anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, video analytics, and intelligent traffic management
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of activities such as sales calls, presentations, and follow-up in the Company's CRM
Requirements
Proven track record in complex solution sales with demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical evaluation processes
Strong ability to orchestrate resources (technical, executive, partner) to advance complex opportunities
Excellence in consultative selling - uncovering business challenges and aligning technical solutions to business outcomes
Experience selling into telecom operators, service providers, or large enterprise IT/network organizations
Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical value propositions to both technical and business stakeholders
Comfortable working with emerging technologies and translating innovation into business value
Existing relationships within the telecom and enterprise networking ecosystem preferred
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably in telecommunications, networking, or technology infrastructure
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits and industry events
Requires prolonged periods of working remotely and in-office collaboration
Compensation
$120K-$160K base plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses – depending on experience, education, and certifications
