What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the relationship and contracts manager between the Community Connect host and the Community Connect affiliate
Research and manage specifications of third‑party contracts associated with a Community Connect affiliate
Lead meetings and communicate effectively with customers and affiliates
Manage all service requests from customers/affiliates, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning for applications provided to the Community Connect affiliate
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of experience in program management, preferably in an IT or healthcare technology environment
Project or program management experience
Knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting healthcare applications
Ability to manage a wide range of projects and a high volume of service requests
Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a clinically related field
Experience with Epic Community Connect
Proficiency in documenting workflows utilizing Microsoft Visio
