About the Team
TikTok LIVE’s mission is to connect creators, influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to build communities in real‑time that foster meaningful and interactive connections across the globe.
The AMS Creator & B2B Marketing Lead will work with the North and South American LIVE Operations team to build, iterate, and drive a small but powerful closed‑loop integrated marketing team focused on supporting key business growth strategies. Responsibilities include storytelling the value propositions of TikTok LIVE to aspiring and established creators, evangelizing agency and B2B programs that redefine talent representation, and showcasing the best of our LIVE creators.
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE, from content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns, and ensuring a fun and safe space for all LIVE users.
Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives: develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging owned, earned, and paid channels.
Build Scalable Creator Programs: design long‑term B2B marketing and recognition programs that drive awareness and evangelize TikTok LIVE’s creator network business model.
Elevate Creator Success Stories: amplify high‑impact creator narratives at the right moments to drive awareness and reinforce the value of TikTok LIVE.
Drive Cross‑Functional Integration: develop operational processes and alignment with LIVE Ops and cross‑functional (XFN) teams to ensure campaign execution ladders up to strategic priorities.
Optimize Marketing Channels & Processes: formalize channel strategy across owned, earned, and paid media; develop and document SOPs to enable self‑serve capabilities for internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in high‑growth, consumer‑facing environments.
5+ years of experience managing teams, including cross‑functional or multi‑level teams.
Proven background in business strategy, integrated marketing, or sales marketing with a track record of scaling successful initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategy.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple high‑priority, time‑sensitive projects with a results‑oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within creator ecosystems, live streaming, or platform‑based business models.
Familiarity with operational frameworks and internal enablement across marketing and sales functions.
Business proficiency in Mandarin to support collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders in international markets.
Experience building or scaling recognition programs or B2B engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of channel strategy and media planning across owned, earned, and paid platforms.

Job Information Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $125,400 – $235,980 annually. Total compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Employees receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of paid personal time (pro‑rated).
