$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr This boutique law firm is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to its Partner and select senior leaders. This role blends traditional executive support with strategic project coordination, making it a unique opportunity to work closely with firm leadership and contribute to the success of a high-performing team. This position is perfect for someone who loves making an impact behind the scenes by keeping leaders focused and the office running efficiently. What You’ll Do
Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and schedule travel for the Partner and senior leadership, maximizing bandwidth and workflow. Oversee email management for the Partner and senior leadership, prioritizing correspondence and drafting responses as needed. Track and manage projects and deadlines across the firm, keeping leadership informed and accountable. Assist with timekeeping, billing, and the transition to new systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date records. Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal staff and external clients, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times. Support the broader team as needed, helping to facilitate seamless firm operations. Anticipate leadership needs and propose solutions to amplify efficiencies and productivity. Experienced. You have a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders, ideally in legal or professional services environments. Methodical. You keep a fast-paced executive’s day organized and focused, while anticipating what’s coming next. Foresighted. You navigate complex schedules, deadlines, and priorities with confidence and calm. Technically adept. You are comfortable with MS Office, and learn new systems quickly. Judicial. You have strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, attorneys, and staff. Flexible collaborator. You adjust gracefully to shifting priorities, support multiple leaders, and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
