Senior Executive Assistant
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule: On-site, Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑5 PM
Base Pay Range $28.00/hr – $31.00/hr
Job Summary The Executive Assistant Senior supports an executive or a small group of executives in day‑to‑day activities. The role works across business lines and departments to ensure needs are met, including team communication, travel planning, expense reports, and other requests from the executive.
Job Duties
Schedules meetings and calls for executives; assists with agendas and material gathering.
Maintains leadership team calendars and schedules meetings promptly.
Distributes executive communications on behalf of the leadership team.
Acts as liaison between executives and internal departments to ensure effective communication.
Books travel arrangements for executives.
Completes expense reports for leadership and direct reports, ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies.
Prepares information for conferences, speeches, and reports requested by the executive.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Business, Office Management, or related field.
Required: 7 years of executive‑level administrative support experience.
