Executive Assistant

to support our client’s medical facility based in

North Carolina.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension, competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Pay Rate- $31/hr. - $34/hr.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties

Schedules meetings and calls for executives, along with aiding with agendas and material gathering as needed.

Ensure leadership team calendars are up-to-date and meetings are scheduled promptly.

Send out executive communications on behalf of the leadership team, if advised.

Liaisons between executives and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and cohesion within the office environment.

Books travel arrangements for executives.

Completes expense reports for leadership and direct reports, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and other expense-related policies and procedures.

Prepares information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

7 years' experience in executive-level administrative support; Proficiency in Microsoft Office
