Responsibilities

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation logistics Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR programs such as benefits, payroll, and performance management Respond to employee inquiries and route issues appropriately for resolution Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data requests as needed Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus Seniority level
