Human Resources, Senior Manager (Operations) - West Palm Beach A growing data analytics company is seeking a Human Resources, Senior Manager to oversee HR systems, payroll, compliance, and HR‑Finance coordination. Reporting to the CFO, this hands‑on role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, manages multiple priorities, and partners with finance, legal, and commercial teams to ensure efficient, compliant HR processes. This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite) that will offer a compensation range of $130,000-145,000 on a base + a strong bonus and excellent benefits. Responsibilities: Oversee HR operations: performance plans, terminations, job changes, postings, and documentation Manage multi‑state payroll (ADP) and global payroll for consultants Administer benefits, open enrollment, audits, and vendor relationships Ensure HR compliance with wage/hour laws, FMLA, ACA, EEOC, and lead audits Oversee HRIS, timekeeping, and ATS systems Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding across locations Prepare reports on payroll, headcount, and compliance Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR workflows Qualifications 10+ years in HR operations, with hands‑on ADP payroll experience Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or CPP preferred Ideally coming out of a Private Equity backed company Experience working at a mid sized company (200–500 people) Strong knowledge of HR compliance, benefits, and HRIS systems Experience with hourly/part‑time workforce operations Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skill For immediate consideration, qualified and interested candidates should reach out directly to Kelly Hanlon at khanlon@daleyaa.com Seniority level
