About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) Finance team. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights that support strategic decision‑making and drive business performance.
This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week presence in the Schaumburg Headquarters.
As a key financial partner, you will collaborate across segments and leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, and will support ad‑hoc requests, projects, and cross‑train with other members of the team.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, including monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Collaborate with business segments and leadership to align financial goals and deliver actionable insights
Provide ad‑hoc analytical support and cross‑functional project work as required
Cross‑train with team members to ensure coverage and institutional knowledge share
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance industry experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
Knowledgeable of P&L
CPA, CPCU, CFA, or CTP
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Power BI, SAP, and BPC
Compensation The proposed salary range for this position is $94,100.00 – $154,000.00, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
