as a Senior Performance Analyst and play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights that support strategic decision‑making and drive business performance. Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders across segments to align financial goals with strategic objectives. Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Finance team. Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and project support as needed. Cross‑train with other team members and share insights to enhance team capabilities. Operate within a hybrid schedule with three days per week on site at the Schaumburg Headquarters. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and at least 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance. Preferred Qualifications
Insurance industry experience. Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Strong understanding of P&L statements. Project management experience. Professional certifications such as CPA, CPCU, CFA, or CTP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP, and BPC. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $94,100.00 – $154,000.00, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility of 15%. Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role, in compliance with local laws. Total Rewards include variable pay, benefits, and potential short‑term incentive bonuses. Location & Work Schedule
