Senior Performance Analyst – Zurich North America
We are currently seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) Finance team. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights that support strategic decision‑making and drive business performance. The role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week presence in the Schaumburg Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities As a key financial partner, you will collaborate across segments and leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives. This role will support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. In addition, it will support ad‑hoc requests, projects and cross‑train with other members of the team.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance industry experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
Knowledgeable of P&L
Project management experience
CPA, CPCU, CFA or CTP
Strong Microsoft Office experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Power BI, SAP, and BPC
Compensation and Benefits The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $94,100.00 – $154,000.00, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%. Additional rewards may encompass short‑term incentive bonuses and merit increases, and there is potential for further compensation considerations based on experience and qualifications.
