Executive Assistant – Investor Relations
Our client, an established private equity firm with 40+ years of consistent growth, is seeking a
highly proactive Executive Assistant
to support its Investor Relations team in New York City. This role will work closely with a Partner, Directors, VPs, and Associates and is best suited for a confident, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Location Midtown Manhattan
Hybrid Work & Hours Hybrid: Onsite Monday – Thursday, Remote Friday. 9am–5pm (flex as needed).
Compensation Base: $120,000–$130,000/yr. Additional: discretionary bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, heavy scheduling, and cross-time-zone meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries
Prepare and process expense reports Organize investor materials and maintain CRM systems (DealCloud, Salesforce, or similar)
Support investor meetings, events, and client dinners
Act as a key partner to the IR team—anticipating needs and ensuring seamless execution
Qualifications
6–7+ years of experience as an EA (finance, law, search firms, or professional services preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Professional, polished, and resourceful with a high EQ
NYC-based, seeking a long‑term role in a growing firm
