Position Overview

They are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join our Nashville office. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in financial advisory or private wealth management who are passionate about delivering sophisticated solutions to ultra high net worth individuals and families. The advisor will play a key role in deepening client relationships, developing tailored strategies, and contributing to the growth of the firm's UHNW client base.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients, providing comprehensive financial guidance across investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and philanthropic goals.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated wealth solutions.

Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand client objectives, values, and complex financial needs.

Develop and present customized financial plans and investment proposals.

Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend adjustments based on market conditions and evolving client goals.

Maintain high-touch communication and ensure exceptional client service.

Support business development efforts through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial planning.

Strong understanding of investment products, estate planning concepts, and tax-efficient strategies.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach.Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
