We are looking for an experienced

Senior Wealth Advisor

to join a boutique multi-family office and independent wealth advisory firm. This role acts as the trusted lead advisor for a select portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, helping them navigate the full scope of their financial, estate, and philanthropic goals. The ideal candidate combines deep planning expertise with exceptional relationship management skills and a genuine passion for delivering a best-in-class client experience. Base pay range $185,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advisor and central point of contact for assigned client families, leading the coordination and delivery of holistic wealth management strategies. Develop and implement comprehensive plans across

Wealth Enhancement, Wealth Transfer & Protection, and Charitable Giving . Partner with internal specialists in investments, planning, and client service to ensure flawless execution of strategies. Lead financial plan creation, cash flow projections, and investment performance reviews. Engage with clients’ external professionals — attorneys, accountants, and insurance advisors — to ensure alignment across all aspects of their financial picture. Anticipate client needs by proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and add value. Maintain precise records and uphold compliance with firm policies and industry regulations. Support and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Qualifications

Minimum

5+ years of client-facing experience

within a family office, RIA, or wealth management setting. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Active

Series 65

(or equivalent) required. Demonstrated success advising UHNW families, entrepreneurs, and business owners. In-depth understanding of advanced estate planning, tax-efficient investing, and charitable structures. Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with exceptional follow-through. High emotional intelligence and a sincere, client-first approach. Preferred Skills & Tools
