Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Downtown Washington, D.C. – On‑site location. Bring your experience in personal injury law to a boutique firm handling high‑profile cases across the country. Responsibilities
Manage case files, ensuring accuracy and organization. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents. Maintain attorney calendars and schedule meetings. Perform legal research and assist with trial preparation. Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and manage priorities. Qualifications
1–3 years of experience at a personal injury law firm. Prior legal experience required; must be familiar with personal injury subject matter. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks. Excellent email and Microsoft Office proficiency. College degree required. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000 annual. Bonus structure available. Benefits include 17 days paid time off, 10 office holidays, group health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Location & Work Environment
