ROLE SUMMARY: The Growth Lead will lead experiential and digital distribution strategies to drive growth for Regal. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new marketing channels. You will work closely with Regal executives and have visibility into how a high-growth marketing team and startup runs. You are data-driven: you hypothesize, tinker, iterate, and ruthlessly cut tactics that don’t perform. Responsibilities
Run rapid-fire experiments across paid social, SEM, display, and the website, setting clear hypotheses, launching tests, and optimizing for CAC and ROAS Tinker with new channels, including AI-powered ad creation and underpriced media opportunities Be a scrappy executor: research, vet vendors, negotiate pricing, and launch tests quickly for new channels (e.g., OOH or podcast ads) Leverage paid and organic strategies to amplify content across LinkedIn, newsletters, display ads, and video Optimize creative across landing pages, ads, and short-form video using marketing tools and automation Move fast and iterate constantly; measure performance and adjust based on results Measure and report on performance: track pipeline contribution, CPL, ROAS, and iterate on what works About You
2-4 years in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing in a high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS environment Growth hacking mindset with a willingness to test new tools and AI-driven ad creative Paid media experience managing budgets across paid social, display, programmatic, or other digital channels Creative problem solver who can figure things out quickly across channels Data-driven and analytical; comfortable with advertising metrics and speed-focused execution Entrepreneurial DNA; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can influence product direction and revenue growth Benefits/Perks
