Part-Time Paralegal Responsibilities
Draft, proofread and edit legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
File legal documents and assist with case and matter management
Conduct legal and factual research to support ongoing cases
Summarize depositions, discovery responses, and case documents
Maintain organized records, case files, and calendars, including deadlines and court dates
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel when needed
Attend occasional onsite client meetings
Part-Time Paralegal Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of paralegal experience, including litigation support
Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Strong writing, proofreading, and document-drafting skills
High level of professionalism, maturity, and discretion
Self-managed work style with ability to handle tasks independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in probate or estate matters a plus
