IT Support Technician

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rate:

Same as current

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team onsite in Austin. This role will focus on providing technical support, managing tickets, and ensuring smooth operations for both end-users and executive-level staff.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues.

Manage and resolve incidents through the service desk ticketing system.

Perform imaging and deployment using BigFix.

Support Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications.

Deliver high-quality customer service to all users, including C-Level, AVP, and VP executives.

Troubleshoot and maintain hardware devices and peripherals.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud technologies.

Experience with BigFix imaging.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.

Previous service desk experience, including working from a ticketing queue.

Solid hardware troubleshooting and support experience.
