Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court appearances, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trial proceedings.
Provide legal support and guidance across various practice areas.
Maintain and manage strong client relationships to ensure effective legal service delivery.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare legal documents and develop litigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
Active membership with the State Bar of California.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Prior experience in litigation or specific practice areas relevant to the firm’s focus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Medical & Vision Insurance:
Comprehensive coverage options through Aetna and Kaiser, with the firm covering 100% of premiums (except a small fee for Aetna Open Access). Coverage begins the first of the month following enrollment. Dependents may be added at your cost via pre‑tax payroll deductions.
Dental:
$1,000 annual self-funded dental reimbursement.
Cafeteria Plans (IRS 125):
Four pre-tax benefit plans available through ADP.
401(k) Plan:
Eligible after six months; firm matches up to 4% of your annual salary.
Life & Disability Insurance:
Available per plan terms through ADP.
Paid Time Off:
Unlimited PTO, subject to firm policy and minimum billable hour requirements.
Sick Leave:
Accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, starting on your first day.
Holidays:

Billable Hours & Bonus Structure
Minimum Billable Hours:
1,860 annually (155 per month or 465 per quarter).
Bonus Program:
$120 for each billable hour exceeding 1,860, based on hours billed and paid by clients. Bonuses vest at year-end, with possible quarterly pre-payments if targets are met.
