Hillsborough Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Used Cars Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle sales team. The Used Cars Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the used car sales department, including inventory management, sales strategies, staff training, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Automotive Used Cars Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize used car sales and profitability
Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team
Manage and oversee the acquisition, pricing, and merchandising of used vehicle inventory
Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance against established goals and metrics
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
Manage departmental budgets and expenses

Automotive Used Cars Sales Manager Requirements:
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive profitability
Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for sales management and reporting
Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management
Comprehensive understanding of the automotive sales process and dealership operations
Must pass pre-employment background screenings
