Role & Responsibilities Supervisors

possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.

Supervisors

must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Great opportunity to your next leadership role!

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in food service preferred

1+ years of experience supervising others preferred

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Refined verbal communication skills.

Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, and holidays

Commitment to follow food safety protocols
