Medical Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and organized front office environment. This is a part time role 2 days a week in Beverly Hills, CA. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner. • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s scheduling software. • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages accurately. • Collect payments, process charges, and maintain accurate financial records. • Verify patient information and ensure all required documentation is up to date. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas. • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed. • Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in a medical or customer service role preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to interact professionally with patients, staff, and providers. • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling or EMR systems. • Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
