- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to support operational needs.
- Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and analyze spreadsheets as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and act as a reliable point of contact.
