About The Role
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable HR Generalist to support all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values process improvement, and takes initiative in creating a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across all departments
 - Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes
 - Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and payroll coordination
 - Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
 - Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
 - Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs
 - Handle employee relations issues and assist with investigations as needed
 - Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 - 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role
 - Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
 - PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
