About The Role

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable HR Generalist to support all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values process improvement, and takes initiative in creating a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across all departments
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and payroll coordination
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
  • Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs
  • Handle employee relations issues and assist with investigations as needed
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
