HR Generalist About the Role We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable HR Generalist to support all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values process improvement, and takes initiative in creating a positive and efficient workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across all departments Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and payroll coordination Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs Handle employee relations issues and assist with investigations as needed Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus Why Join Us Competitive compensation and benefits package Collaborative, people-focused company culture Opportunity to make an impact across multiple HR functions Long-term stability and career growth potential #ZRCFS #OCT2025 #LI-DB2
