Responsibilities

• Apply primer and finish coatings using HVLP spray systems
• Safely handle and move materials with overhead hoists and related tools
• Operate or assist with sandblasting equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial painting with HVLP application
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with bending, lifting, and standing throughout the shift
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
