Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Celsius Holdings, Inc., a global consumer packaged goods company headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. The Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting department, review staff work, and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting in accordance with company policies and regulations. This is an in‑office, full‑time position at CELSIUS® Headquarters.

Requirements

• 4‑year degree in Accounting or Finance
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
• Critical thinking capacity, ability to think high‑level yet execute at detail level
• Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a SOX environment)
• Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills
• Results‑driven with a team‑oriented mindset
• CPA preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial statement integrity and operational excellence during the closing of the reporting process
• Liaise and collaborate across all business units to ensure accuracy of assigned processes
• Support month‑end close, including journal entry review and approval and monthly account reconciliations
• Review quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP, including footnote schedules (e.g., cash flow schedule, rollforwards)
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audit
• Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and collaborate on SOX testing, resolving remediation issues
• Maintain timely and accurate account reconciliations
• Identify inefficiencies to reduce costs across the business
• Assist with migration and integration of financial systems and applications
• Conduct regular reviews of accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Perform special projects and financial analysis to support rapid growth

Compensation

Base pay range for this position is $120,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year in Florida. Compensation may include bonuses and Restricted Stock Units, subject to company plans.
