Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Deliver exceptional client service with urgency, accuracy, and clear communication Oversee onboarding of new clients and manage initial clean-up of financial records Provide controller-level or CFO advisory services, particularly for non-profit organizations Review financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and depreciation schedules 7+ years of accounting experience and 3+ years in public accounting ~ Show experience managing or supervising accounting teams in a professional setting ~ Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to present actionable financial insights ~ Bring a background in non-profit accounting and board-level experience is preferred ~ Hold a degree in accounting or a related field; Exhibit proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant platforms such as Karbon, Gusto, ADP, and Bill.Apply advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook to support accounting functions
