Now Hiring: Customer Service Representatives Location: Tax Support Office - Lodi, CA Pay Rate: $20/hour Weekly Pay Provided Schedule: Work 5x8 schedule between hours of 7:00am-7:00pm * Must have flexibility to work overtime and any day of the week, including holidays Job Duties:

• Handle incoming calls from tax professionals requesting assistance
• Support areas including navigation, configuration, and error resolution
• Manage multiple calls while taking notes and conveying information clearly
• Utilize remote connectivity software to assist clients

Job Requirements:

• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, including email, web browsers
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
