The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of customer service experience, with a preference for those who have worked at a hotel front desk. They should be passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Shift pattern: Overnight shifts: 11pm to 7:30 am
The hourly pay for this position is: $20.25
Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
