Night Auditor – Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort Join the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort team as a Night Auditor. Located on California's Central Coast, the resort features 360 spacious rooms and 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Shift & Compensation Overnight shift: 11 pm – 7:30 am. Hourly pay: $20.25.

Responsibilities

Audit, post, and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including rooms and food & beverage.

Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists.

Schedule, assign daily work and train team members.

Monitor and assist in evaluating team member performance.

Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience; preference for hotel front‑desk experience.

Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
